Description
Electronic Arts is seeking a Senior Manager, Game Product Management to join its EA SPORTS FC team in Vancouver, Canada. This role involves leading product strategy across complex and high-impact areas of EA SPORTS FC, collaborating with various teams to shape live service strategy, and influencing feature roadmaps.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of EA SPORTS FC, football games, or the broader football ecosystem. They will possess strong product leadership skills, analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading product strategy across complex areas of EA SPORTS FC
- Partnering with teams to shape live service strategy and influence feature roadmaps
- Building a deep understanding of player behavior and product performance
- Developing and communicating trusted performance narratives for senior leadership
- Providing leadership and mentorship to other Product Managers
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Management or a related field
- Demonstrated experience operating at a senior level on complex consumer products
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience interpreting product telemetry
- Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills
- Experience working closely with Analytics, Data Science, Design, Development, and Commercial teams
