Market Manager

As a Market Manager at Airbnb, you will play a crucial role in the retention, growth, and optimization of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts in your assigned territory.

You will focus on building strong relationships with these hosts, helping them optimize their listings, improve pricing strategies, and enhance their overall success on Airbnb.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and managing partner relationships within your assigned territory
• Directly managing accounts to meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales goals
• Analyzing data to identify strategic opportunities in your region
• Prospecting and onboarding new, high-quality supply
• Maintaining a baseline understanding of technical integrations with software partners
• Representing Airbnb in external meetings and at industry conferences
• Educating clients on product changes and policy updates
• Holding regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners
• Developing deep knowledge of your assigned geographic markets
• Responding to and delivering exceptional service to professional hosts
• Working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure long-term market success

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support
• Fluency in English; bilingualism in French and English is a plus
• 2+ years of tech/travel industry experience is preferred
• Proven track record of managing leads pipelines and books of business
• Proficient quantitative skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Ability to work strategically and tactically in ambiguous environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
• Based in Ontario, Canada, with occasional travel to your assigned territory
• Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy

We offer:

• Annual pay range: $91,000-$107,000 CAD
