Primary Care Sales Consultant - Valley East, TX

As a Primary Care Sales Consultant, you will implement sales strategies for approved Cardiorenal products, driving demand, clinical education, and sales by developing a strategic business plan for Endocrinologists and Primary Care Physicians in community settings.

Responsibilities:

• Build professional relationships with primary care physicians, pharmacy staff, and other customers
• Drive utilisation of approved CV and menopause products
• Leverage expertise in diabetes and menopause marketplaces to anticipate and manage business opportunities and challenges
• Provide strategic and tactical planning input to commercial colleagues
• Develop and implement effective customer-specific business plans
• Prioritise time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of physician specialists
• Understand customers' product and business needs while adhering to Bayer's ethics and compliance standards
• Handle customer objections and exceed expectations
• Share exemplary skills with others in a training capacity
• Leverage emerging technologies to enhance performance
• Comply with pharmaceutical industry guidelines and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
• Proven track record of high performance in sales or relevant experience
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster an environment promoting ethical behaviour and compliance
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
• In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular, diabetes, and/or menopause disease states
• Product launch experience
• Strong analytical and computer capabilities
• Virtual sales experience
• Strong local relationships with healthcare professionals

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary range: $124,320.00 - $186,480.00
• Additional compensation may include bonus or commission
