Description
We are launching the Engineering Talent Programme, a one-year programme designed for young professionals who want to develop their careers in engineering within the pharmaceutical industry. As part of this programme, you will work on real projects in our plant, focusing on improving operations, digitalisation, equipment reliability, process optimisation, and investment projects.
The programme combines practical experience in the plant, participation in cross-functional projects, use of GPS/Lean tools, and guidance from managers and mentors to accelerate your technical and competency development.
You will be part of high-performing teams in operations, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in a highly regulated environment focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Participate in real projects in the plant from day one
- Contribute to continuous improvement, digitalisation, equipment reliability, process optimisation, and investment projects
- Work with GPS/Lean tools and high-performance teams
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering
- Intermediate level of English
- Proactivity and high learning capacity
- Teamwork and good communication skills
