Internship in Mergers & Acquisitions

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Mergers & Acquisitions team as an intern. As part of this team, you will support the execution of M&A transactions, including company valuation, due diligence, and contract negotiations. You will also conduct market and trend analyses, assess business models, and contribute to the development of strategic and methodological approaches for M&A activities at Porsche.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team in conducting M&A transaction processes, including company valuation, due diligence, and contract negotiations
• Review and evaluate business models and conduct market/trend analyses
• Assist in developing strategic and methodological approaches for M&A activities at Porsche
• Prepare meeting materials and management reports

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Corporate Finance, Accounting, Financial Markets, or similar
• Initial experience in Investment Banking, Corporate M&A, or Transaction Advisory is advantageous
• Familiarity with project management is beneficial
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with quick comprehension of complex issues
• High level of engagement, self-motivated, and structured work style
• Confident communication, team-oriented, and excellent German language skills
• Fluent English language skills
