Regional Lead Producer - Unannounced 3A Project

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Lead Producer to lead the live service and content creation strategy for our unannounced 3A sports online game China version. As a Regional Lead Producer, you will establish and execute the content and monetization strategy specifically for the China version live services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing live service and content strategies for the China version of our 3A sports online game
• Leading the configuration of localized paid items and content tailored for the Chinese market
• Communicating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless live service operations
• Conducting comprehensive business data analysis and generating KPI reports to inform content decisions
• Presenting internal and external perspectives grounded in a deep understanding of the game and its live environment

Requirements:

• 7+ years of proven experience in game live services
• High-level understanding of the overall game market, game business, and game service processes
• Demonstrated proficiency in business data analysis and reporting capabilities
• Smooth communication skills and strong collaboration abilities
• Deep knowledge of, and a strong passion for sports games

Preferred skills:

• Fluent proficiency in Chinese and English
• Direct player experience with online sports titles
• Prior experience serving as a people manager or working directly within a game development team
