Description
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst - CRM at Argus Media in central London, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the company's strategic CRM & ERP programme.
You will work closely with internal business functions to define and communicate requirements across workstreams, partnering with product managers and other business analysts. This hands-on role involves regular stakeholder engagement throughout the product's lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a deep understanding of Argus' business
- Modelling as-is and to-be processes, ERDs, Data Dictionaries, and Flows
- Managing and communicating requirements across products for specific features
- Acting as a bridge between technical and business teams
- Partnering with Product Managers for ERP, CRM, Integration, and Core backend services
- Writing solution options for evaluation
- Contributing to change management procedures
- Tracking system defects and enhancements
- Supporting system configuration and process documentation
- Driving best practices and process direction
- Coordinating end-user training
- Providing product knowledge during training, UAT, and go-live activities
The role requires hands-on Salesforce experience, with responsibilities including managing users, data quality, and system housekeeping.
