Order Management Specialist

We are seeking an Order Management Specialist to join our team in Shanghai, China. As a Customer Supply Chain Order Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in connecting sales and marketing plans into end-to-end solutions and improvements, working directly with the commercial organization, global supply chain teams, and key customers.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely delivery of the right products at the right time towards customers
• Drive operational efficiencies and participate in continuous process improvement activities
• Support and optimize revenue growth for assigned customers using data analytics and market knowledge
• Actively manage order backlog, allocation of inventory, and monitor logistics execution
• Communicate actively with internal and external customers on fulfillment strategies
• Drive process changes to improve efficiency and automation

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in supply chain management, preferably in consumer electronics
• Proficiency in Oracle, Kinaxis, SAP, or equivalent systems, preferably in order management module
• Strong Excel, Google Sheets, and/or Tableau skills
• Analytical skills, including data evaluation, identification, solution development, and implementation
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work while maintaining attention to detail
• Demonstrated decision-making ability in the face of uncertain or incomplete information

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline
