PRN Physical Therapist (PT) - Acute Care

PT Solutions, in partnership with Ascension St. Vincent, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join their acute care team in Kokomo, Indiana. The successful candidate will deliver evidence-based care to patients, establish timely treatment plans, and build relationships with patients and team members.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
• Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans
• Collaborating with patients, clinicians, and team members
• Building and maintaining community relationships

Requirements:

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program
• State licensure
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
