Product Policy Lead, Platform Integrity

We're looking for a Product Policy Lead to join our Policy team, focusing on spam policy development and enforcement. You will draft policies, create enforcement guidance, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to tackle spam and abuse at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Lead spam policy development for Pinterest
• Partner with Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to implement and enforce spam policies
• Advise Policy teammates and partner teams on spam and abuse
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in detection methods and tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field such as policy or law, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in trust and safety or platform integrity policy work
• Proven experience developing and enforcing spam, platform integrity, or cybersecurity policies for a global online platform
• Deep understanding of coordinated inauthentic behavior and scaled abuse patterns
• Security mindset with experience in adversarial threat modeling
• Experience investigating emerging abuse campaigns and making sound policy decisions
• Hands-on knowledge of spam-fighting tools, SQL, automation, APIs, and bot ecosystems
• Strong critical thinking, written, and verbal communication skills
