Join Marks & Spencer's team in Letterkenny this Christmas as a Sales Advisor - Christmas - Operations. You'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience during one of the busiest times of the year.
This is a fixed-term seasonal contract ending on 26 December 2026, with the possibility of an extension subject to business needs. Shifts may be scheduled across Monday to Sunday, including core daytime, evening, and weekend hours. Flexibility is essential as working patterns will vary in line with customer demand and business needs throughout the festive season.
As an Operations Customer Assistant, you'll help keep the store running smoothly by:
- Working deliveries and moving stock quickly and safely, keeping shelves full, clean, and customer-ready
- Using digital tools to track stock and support availability
- Working across the store when needed, from back of house to shop floor
- Supporting your team during busy periods
- Staying organised, focused, and one step ahead
