CoreWeave is seeking a Learning Partner for Management & Leadership Development to design and deliver leadership development programs for its employees.
The successful candidate will own the enterprise leadership development portfolio, designing and delivering programs that build managerial capability and leadership effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering leadership development programs for frontline managers and senior leaders
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand leadership needs and design programs that meet them
- Influencing senior leaders and stakeholders to shape their thinking on leadership development
- Building and sustaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Evaluating the impact of leadership development programs and making recommendations for improvement
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in leadership and management development, with a strong track record of designing and delivering effective programs.
CoreWeave offers a competitive salary range of $149,000 to $198,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer match, and flexible PTO.
