Non-Medical Claims, Consultant

We're looking for a Non-Medical Claims, Consultant to process incontestable and contestable major claims. You'll handle claims within agreed turnaround times, comply with established procedures, and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Process major claims (Critical Illness, Total and Permanent Disability, Dismemberment, Death)
• Manage pending cases and reduce pending ratios
• Monitor closed file reviews for operational savings
• Meet claims productivity benchmarks with high accuracy
• Respond to stakeholder enquiries within two business days
• Clear suspense cases within five days
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Independent and self-starter with customer service orientation
• Fluent in English and Malay
• Good knowledge of claims assessments, FSA 2013, and technical skills
