Musketeer Scout

We are seeking a Musketeer Scout to represent Red Bull as a commercial and marketing consultant, focusing on the Catering and Casinos/Cafeterias channel.

As a Musketeer Scout, you will be responsible for developing new clients and strengthening existing accounts, driving sales growth and brand positioning, ensuring greater product presence, managing distribution, and implementing national campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop solid relationships with clients, strategic partners, and influencers
• Promote the Red Bull brand and strengthen its market presence
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and channel developments
• Lead commercial and marketing activities in the On Premise channel within your territory
• Identify market trends and new opportunities
• Design and implement commercial strategies to drive sales growth
• Strengthen relationships with current clients and generate new business opportunities
• Provide strategic advice to clients to support their development
• Negotiate mutually beneficial commercial agreements
• Develop creative marketing plans to maintain Red Bull's leadership in the On Premise channel

Requirements:

• Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil, Business Administration, or related degree
• Desirable experience in the beverage, catering, gastronomy, hospitality, marketing, or sales industries
• Driving license required (field-based role)
• Travel 70-80%
