As a Beauty Expert at Charlotte Tilbury's Flannels store in Leicester Fosse Park, you will work 24 hours per week in a part-time, permanent contract role.
Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer experiences, combining expert artistry skills with in-depth product knowledge to empower customers to feel confident and beautiful.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs
- Building solid relationships with team members and management to contribute to a positive team environment
- Championing world-class artistry and customer experiences as a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador
- Adapting your approach to meet the needs of different customers and opportunities
- Following company grooming standards to maintain a professional image
Requirements:
- Ideally, an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy
- Experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in a fast-paced environment like beauty, retail, or FMCG
- Ability to apply makeup and adapt your style to different customers
- Passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and its mission
