Description
At KPN, you will have the unique opportunity to work in the Employer Brand & Internal Communications team within HR. You will collaborate with 5 experienced and dedicated communication professionals who will guide, inspire, and challenge you.
During this internship, you will work on various projects to communicate our employee benefits, training opportunities, and employer brand in a creative and effective way. You will gain insight into a leading company and contribute concretely to KPN's visibility as an employer.
Additionally, you will gain experience in internal communication, employer branding, content creation, campaign development, and the use of AI in communication.
Some of your tasks will include:
- Creating creative content for social media, newsletters, the works-at-KPN website, and intranet
- Writing, editing, and creating persuasive texts and copy that fit the KPN brand identity
- Developing, creating, and editing video content for internal and external communication channels
- Contributing to the execution of campaigns around employer branding, diversity & inclusion, and labor market positioning
- Helping to maintain and improve the works-at-KPN website
- Organizing and attending internal and external events
We are looking for an enthusiastic and curious student who:
- Has a passion for communication and interest in employer branding
- Is creative and enjoys making content (video, text, visuals)
- Is interested in using AI for communication
- Is proactive, independent, and has strong communication skills
- Feels comfortable approaching colleagues and taking on projects
- Has a good command of both Dutch and English
