Recovery Officer

Ninja Van is seeking a Recovery Officer to lead the daily operations of the Recovery Team, ensuring efficient handling of problematic parcels. The successful candidate will oversee the performance of Recovery Operations Associates and Assistants, driving productivity, inventory accuracy, and continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operations of the Recovery Team
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service level agreements
• Drive productivity, inventory accuracy, claims support, and liquidation activities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to minimize operational losses and maximize recovery performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, recovery, claims, or inventory management
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Experience in e-commerce, courier, or last-mile logistics is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of recovery operations, inventory management, claims handling, and warehouse processes
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is an advantage
