As a Finance Lawyer (3-7 years PQE), you will advise on a broad range of finance transactions, focusing on asset-based lending and receivables financing.
You will work alongside recognised leaders, supporting a diverse client base including major UK clearing banks, alternative lenders, listed corporates, and high-growth businesses.
Your role will involve:
- Advising lenders and borrowers on various finance transactions
- Supporting complex financing arrangements, including bilateral and syndicated transactions
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing key financing documentation
- Building strong client relationships and developing a deep understanding of clients' commercial objectives
