Process Modelling Specialist

We are seeking a Process Modelling Specialist to join our team in Elsbethen, Salzburg, Austria. As a Process Modelling Specialist, you will help create, maintain, and continuously improve Red Bull's business process landscape to establish transparency across end-to-end value streams, functions, and countries.

Responsibilities:

• Model, document, and maintain business processes to ensure transparency, consistency, and easy access to process knowledge in our process management tool ARIS.
• Maintain and evolve our process architecture by connecting processes across functions and improving our supporting process management tool.
• Create and maintain End-to-End process views to identify dependencies, streamline interfaces, and drive continuous improvement together with our Process Mining and Automation teams.
• Ensure process models and documentation comply with our established standards, governance requirements, and best practices.
• Partner with process owners, subject matter experts, and business teams to support process-related initiatives and improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement in process modelling by exploring innovative approaches and leveraging digital solutions and AI capabilities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Process Modelling, Process Excellence, Business Analysis, Consulting or related disciplines.
• Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) principles.
• Knowledge of process modelling standards such as BPMN 2.0, EPC or equivalent methodologies.
• Understanding of end-to-end process thinking and value streams (O2C, S2P, etc.).
• Advanced process modelling skills using ARIS, Signavio or comparable BPM platforms.
• High attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI-based tools to accelerate process documentation, process analysis, workshop preparation, content creation, and knowledge discovery.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is beneficial.
