Solutions Manager II, Finance Systems

Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, providing various services such as food delivery, financial management, and transportation.

The Grabber Technology Solutions (GTS) team aims to be a technology leader that provides predictive and seamless experiences to all Grab employees (Grabbers).

As a Solutions Manager II, Finance Systems, you will combine hands-on finance systems expertise with delivery leadership to improve and operate Grab's finance technology landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Lead internal and external specialists across Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines, translating business needs into robust functional and technical solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Procurement and other finance platforms.
• Own delivery from demand shaping through production adoption, while ensuring operational stability, quality, controls, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Work across business process design, solution architecture, integrations, testing, release governance, and vendor management.

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience in finance systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP), or financial technology delivery.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Procurement, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Procurement.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues from both functional and technical perspectives.
• Proven experience managing the full delivery lifecycle, including change request prioritization, backlog management, capacity planning, sprint planning, vendor coordination, testing, release management, deployment, and post-production support.
• Experience governing financial systems controls and audit requirements.
• Track record of leading and developing internal and external teams, managing vendor relationships and budgets, and building trusted relationships with Finance, Procurement, Technology, and other senior stakeholders.
