Senior Audio AI Research Engineer

Logitech is seeking a Senior Audio AI Research Engineer to join their Real-time Audio AI Team in London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping Logitech's leadership in AI for best-in-class, real-time audio experiences.

The team's mission is to make virtual communication so seamless and powerful that it's better than being there in person. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, audio engineering, and programming skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Explore innovative ways to leverage Logitech's strengths in video conferencing, optimizing the use of distributed microphone arrays and cameras.
• Address complex challenges before deploying new Audio AI technologies, including optimizing integration with other components in the Audio AI pipeline.
• Conduct in-depth research to address emerging challenges in Audio AI, including the development of multi-modal solutions that integrate audio, video, and other sensor data.
• Develop advanced audio streaming solutions for low-latency, real-time causal AI systems.
• Demonstrate the ability to rapidly prototype Audio AI technologies by implementing research papers and extending them.

Requirements:

• Comprehensive knowledge of latest AI advancements, such as diffusion, flow matching, transformers, and GANs.
• 4+ years of experience in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch) with a proven history of building ML pipelines in the audio domain.
• Proficiency in Python, including package development and collaborative coding practices.
• Expertise in performance analysis and optimization of ML systems.
• Hands-on deployment experience with systems like TensorFlow Lite, ONNX, TVM, and Glow.
