Customer Service (Seasonal)

We are seeking individuals who enjoy helping others to provide high-quality customer service by answering telephone calls from customers inquiring about goods and services from clients of Five Star Solutions. This is a seasonal role assisting clients with their holiday ordering, including fruit baskets and steaks.

You will work from home using your own device, handling inbound and outbound calls, and providing solutions to customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Previous 3-6 months of customer service or support experience is preferred.
• A background in a call center or office environment is beneficial.
• You should possess basic computer skills, be a quick learner, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and active listening skills are essential.
• You must be 18 years of age.
• A background check will be required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of calls efficiently.
• Address customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
• Follow communication scripts for different topics.
• Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and seize upselling opportunities.
• Maintain punctuality, attendance, and a professional demeanor.

Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Requirements:

• Provide your own equipment and workspace.
• Reliable internet service and a dedicated workspace are required.
• Specific hardware and software requirements include:
• Intel Core i5-8250U processor or greater,
• 8GB memory on Windows 10 or higher 64-bit,
• 1280x768 screen resolution or higher,
• USB headset.
