Beach House, located in Poole, Dorset, is seeking a Support Worker to join their team.
The home provides assessment and residential support for seven individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism spectrum conditions, as well as complex needs and communication difficulties.
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a compassionate team committed to residents' wellbeing, taking a personalised approach to help them develop skills for independent living.
Key Responsibilities
You will assist qualified staff with assessing and implementing individual patient care plans, performing routine tasks and activities to promote wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of residents.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Resilience is essential for this role, as no two days are the same. You should possess natural empathy to support others through challenges.
Due to the location and nature of this role, applicants must hold a driving licence for manual vehicles.
