Program Support

NVIDIA Public Sector seeks a dynamic Program Support to drive alignment across teams, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency across core business units. The successful candidate will represent NVIDIA to US government officials and entities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct program support to Public Sector leadership by coordinating priorities, tracking key initiatives, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Focus on process improvement, ensuring workflows are optimized, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional tasking and maintain clear priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Improve business operations through structured planning, effective communication, and continuous evaluation of processes.

Requirements:

• This position requires a security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• 8+ years of experience, including 4+ years in GovCon environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to support governance processes by preparing briefing materials, status reports, and executive dashboards for decision-making.
• Solid communication skills to ensure clarity of direction and execution across teams.
• Ability to organize and document key meetings, decisions, and action items to ensure accountability and transparency.
• Support adherence to required timekeeping compliance and working with financial audit team.

Nice to Have:

• Apply AI to integrate business technologies, aligning cross-platform workflows and eliminating manual data silos.
• Manage and structure MS SharePoint sites; data access and general configuration management.
• General understanding of GovCon timekeeping systems and compliance.
• General understanding of protection of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) using an enclave that adheres to the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).
