Engineer - Surge Power Unit Industrialization

We are seeking an industrialization engineer to lead the program management of an eDrive power unit program for a future model vehicle at Ford Motor Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing milestone reviews, developing timing plans, maintaining program financials, and supporting component releases.

Responsibilities:

• Manage milestone cadence within GPDS parameters
• Lead milestone assessments and report-outs to Director level
• Engage in new business proposals and business cases
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Lead or support TPMT for responsible commodities
• Act as transmission lead/SPOC in Program PMT meeting
• Collect and enter Integrator assessments
• Provide Finance team support
• Coordinate with Team of Four groups and work with Purchasing
• Drive FMA process to ensure on-track delivery
• Write DRPs and drive for approvals
• Manage BOM/FEDE-BOM
• Support WERS release
• eDrive power unit build coordination

• Project management, leadership, analytical thinking, teamwork, organizational skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Clear and concise communication in English
• Microsoft Office application fluency
• Powertrain knowledge
• WERS, Global Integrator, FEDE experience
