Description
We are seeking a Private Banking Advisor to join our team in Aalen. As a Private Banking Advisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial services to our private customers, entrepreneurs, and small to medium-sized enterprises.
Your tasks will include:
- Providing advice to customers on banking products, such as accounts, credit cards, savings plans, and investments
- Selling banking products and services to meet customer needs
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Providing support with transactions, service, and administrative tasks
- Promoting digital services, such as online and mobile banking
Requirements:
- Ideally, you have completed a commercial, service-oriented, or banking-related training program
- You have sales orientation and good knowledge of private customer products and services
- You have good communication and negotiation skills
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team
