As an Assistant Store Manager at NEXT's Letterkenny store, you will maximise sales, drive efficiencies, and achieve performance targets by leading and inspiring your team.
Your day will be varied, fast-paced, and challenging, but ultimately rewarding. You will support the Store Manager in managing and inspiring your team, stepping up to cover the store when needed, and creating an atmosphere that delivers amazing service, achieves performance targets, and maintains accurate stock processes.
You will demonstrate a hands-on approach to operational and commercial activities, ensure up-to-date and accurate communication, and work alongside the team.
