QA Tester II

We are seeking a QA Tester II to join the Quality Verification team at Electronic Arts. As a Playtester on The Sims, you will play The Sims 4 and upcoming content to provide timely, player-focused feedback that helps us better understand how Simmers experience the game.

Your feedback will help the team evaluate whether new features, content, and gameplay moments feel intuitive, meaningful, fun, and authentic to The Sims. You are the voice of the Sims player, understanding the community and the many ways players engage with the game.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely player feedback.
• Evaluate if features feel intuitive, meaningful, fun, and authentic to The Sims.
• Represent Sims playstyles such as storytelling, challenges, mod-aware play, etc.
• Share clear observations on what feels exciting, confusing, frustrating, or disconnected.

Experience:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passionate and experienced player of The Sims 4.
• Strong understanding of The Sims community and player motivations.
• Familiar with storytelling, challenges, mods, custom content, or community trends.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written.
