Description
We are seeking an Inbound Expert to join our General Merchandise team at Target.
The starting hourly rate for this role is $16.00 USD per hour. From 09/20/26 to 01/02/2027, non-exempt team members will be eligible to receive a temporary additional $1 on top of an already existing $1/hr shift differential for eligible overnight or early morning hours worked.
As an Inbound Expert, you will be responsible for creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests and providing excellent customer service
- Executing a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation
- Stocking, organizing, and storing reserve products and straightening merchandise on the sales floor
- Maintaining product availability on the sales floor for General Merchandise categories
- Operating powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise
- Processing defective merchandise and handling environmentally sensitive items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Working in a safe manner at all times and reporting hazards
- Supporting guest services such as backup cashier, order pickup, and Drive Up
