Senior Product Manager, Cloudflare Workers

Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager for Cloudflare Workers, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Cloudflare's developer platform. Your mission will be to ensure that the 'hands-on-keyboard' experience of building Workers is seamless, intuitive, and delightful.

Responsibilities

• Talk directly with developers and customers big and small, every day.
• Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Wrangler CLI, and the broader developer tooling ecosystem around Cloudflare Workers.
• Lead initiatives from ideation through launch, ensuring ongoing enhancements based on developer feedback.
• Engage closely with developer communities to understand their workflows, challenges, and tooling needs.
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams, external framework authors, and open-source maintainers to maximize compatibility and ease-of-use with Workers.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Developer Relations, Sales, and Customer Support teams.
• Represent Cloudflare externally at conferences, community events, customer meetings, and developer-focused initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Product Manager, or founder.
• Deep empathy for developers and understanding of their workflows, pain points, and how they adopt new tools and platforms.
• Hands-on ability to write code and use AI and the Internet to learn new things fast.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, adept at working across diverse teams to align on goals and drive execution.
• Passion for design details and polish.
• External presentation skills.
