Service Advisor

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at the Porsche Service Centre St. Moritz.

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Providing customer support from appointment scheduling to vehicle return
• Advising and selling service and repair services
• Creating cost estimates, orders, and service invoices
• Assisting in ensuring and planning optimal workshop utilisation
• Implementing service processes according to quality and brand standards
• Collaborating and coordinating with internal departments
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Basic technical training in the automotive industry
• Experience as a Service Advisor and/or commercial further education
• Friendly demeanour and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Reliable, resilient, and independent work style
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and high service orientation
• Good German and Italian language skills in writing and speaking, English advantageous
• Good computer skills, experience with garage/DMS systems advantageous
