Senior Product Manager - Finance (IT)

As Senior Product Manager, you will report to the Director, Product Management and guide our team in improving finance and other transaction processing and reporting systems.

You will connect business, technology, and player needs to deliver impactful solutions that improve our strategy in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create and refine product strategies across systems that primarily support financial close and regulatory compliance (“Record-to-Report” cycle)
• Translate end-user requirements into actionable product specifications, collaborating with engineering, design, and architecture partners to deliver solutions and integrations that support us in achieving business goals
• Guide cross-functional teams through system evaluations and implementations, setting measurable acceptance criteria and improving delivery effectiveness for us across EA
• Present product recommendations to senior partners, informed by data, advocated by users and prioritised for transformation

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience leading financial system evaluations and implementations in product management, business analysis, or program management roles
• Hands-on experience with ERP software such as Oracle EBS, SAP, Workday, or NetSuite, including financial close and consolidation functions
• Familiarity with any of the following or similar applications in the Finance Technology stack: Hyperion Financial Management, Cadency, Anaplan, PowerBI, Zuora/Revpro, Rightsline/Alliant
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience presenting technical concepts and product strategies to senior partners, with a focus on finance and/or finance transformation
