Description
As a Team Leader at Coolblue's Den Haag store, you will provide expert product advice to customers and lead a team by example.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing guidance and support to colleagues on the shop floor
- Acting as a point of contact for colleagues and handling complex customer queries
- Training, supervising, coaching, and mentoring colleagues
- Collaborating with your team to improve the store every day and sharing ideas with the Store Manager
In return, you will receive:
- A salary between € 2,891 and € 3,091 per month (based on 40 hours)
- A monthly allowance of approximately € 150 gross
- A flexible schedule with mostly self-organised hours
