  • Support the Attendee Operations team with event registration, guest list management, attendee communications and onsite operations.
  • Help maintain project trackers, reporting and team documentation across Attendee Experience.
  • Support special projects, research and other Global Events Team priorities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive problem-solver who is curious and eager to learn.
  • Interest in events, travel, hospitality, entertainment or gaming; previous related experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

What You'll Gain

You will gain hands-on experience supporting the attendee journey for global events while learning how travel, registration, hospitality and onsite operations come together to create a seamless guest experience. You will also gain exposure to event technology, vendor management, guest communications and cross-functional event planning while working alongside members of EA's Global Events Team.
