Physical Therapist I

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Physical Therapist I in Burr Ridge, IL. As a Physical Therapist at Duly, you will have the opportunity to build your practice with quality care, not volume. You will have dedicated time with patients, access to a strong internal referral network, and opportunities to develop clinical specialties.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care as part of an established outpatient rehabilitation team
• Work alongside PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers
• Participate in a structured 6-month mentorship program designed to help new and early-career PTs build confidence and independence

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, including two evenings per week until 7:00 PM
• Last patient scheduled at 6:00 PM

Compensation

• Base salary: $77,000–$110,000, based on experience and qualifications
• Eligible for a sign-on bonus and additional financial incentives
