As a Technician at JLL, you will be involved in the overall upkeep of plant and facilities equipment to ensure smooth daily operations. You will regularly inspect all equipment rooms and other facilities, and take note of any problems using predefined checklists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily inspections of all equipment rooms and facilities to identify issues, using predefined checklists.
- Guide duty technicians on weekend work plans and provide technical recommendations as needed.
- Perform repairs on mechanical and electrical systems while adhering to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with vendors for urgent maintenance tasks and ensure timely resolution.
- Expedite equipment relocations, installations, and modifications (MACs) to minimize operational disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with local government regulations in all maintenance activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Certification in electrical or mechanical repair (e.g., HVAC, PLC systems).
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
- Ability to diagnose issues, troubleshoot effectively, and provide clear instructions for repairs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (preferred).
- Familiarity with local safety and regulatory requirements.
