Software Engineer, Battlespace Awareness

Anduril's Software Engineers develop state-of-the-art algorithms and software for real-world applications. They work in small teams to build solutions that make a difference, deploying technology in mission-critical systems for government and industry customers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to team direction with expertise and ideas
• Prototype software solutions in an agile environment
• Implement high-performance software for tactical systems and web applications
• Use modeling and simulation environments, analysis tools, and techniques to quantify technology benefits
• Ensure successful outcomes for mission-critical customer needs
• Engage in all aspects of the software development lifecycle
• Communicate with colleagues and customers about work and its impact

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred)
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and Matlab
• Experience with big data, NoSQL, and database technologies
• Knowledge of software engineering principles, including design, algorithm implementation, analysis, testing, and optimization
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, clustering, and classification
• Understanding of applied mathematics, including differential equations, linear algebra, optimization, statistics, and random processes
• Background in engineering, including controls, estimation theory, and digital signal processing
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance
