Group Product Manager, Finance Technology

Reddit is looking for a Group Product Manager to lead the product management of its Finance SaaS portfolio, which includes systems for treasury, planning, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, quote-to-cash, payroll, and equity.

This is a player-coach role where you will coach and manage a small team of SaaS product managers and personally own a set of applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for Reddit's Finance SaaS portfolio
• Translate Finance's priorities into a sequenced, defensible roadmap
• Lead build-vs-buy and vendor selection decisions
• Define and enforce a consistent product operating model across the team
• Identify opportunities to improve Finance processes through AI-enabled workflows
• Drive roadmap prioritization using measurable outcomes
• Establish a single, transparent demand pipeline
• Assess end-to-end finance processes to identify manual workflows and opportunities for improvement
• Create a cross-functional decision framework for Finance capabilities
• Identify, design, and launch new features and system capabilities
• Partner with finance leadership to enable AI use across teams
• Drive end-to-end finance transformation initiatives

Requirements:

• 8+ years in product management, business/finance systems, or finance transformation
• Demonstrated ownership of Finance SaaS platforms across multiple domains
• Track record of building and running a product/intake operating model
• Strong vendor management chops
• Prior people management experience
• Strong ability to operate across abstraction levels
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, audit readiness, SOX requirements, and compliance impacts
