Field Sales Manager - UK

We are seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead a defined area of teams to deliver market-leading retail sales and growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Driving commercial leadership of the area, delivering retail sales in line with forecast commitments
• Building a high-performance team of Store Leaders, leading and managing a team of Managers
• Developing and executing the retail strategy, working with the Field Training Manager and commercial and marketing teams
• Driving effective cost optimisation, managing retail staffing costs and in-store payroll budget

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in a field management or multi-site role with proven experience of building talent and delivering retail growth
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to drive commercial results
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team
