Occupational Therapist Assistant - Outpatient

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at PT Solutions in Kokomo, Indiana. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to assist in the practice of occupational therapy. Your responsibilities will include preparing equipment for treatment, assisting with rehabilitative activities for patients, establishing strong relationships with patients, and demonstrating a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment for treatment and assist an Occupational Therapist with rehabilitative activities for patients
• Establish strong relationships with each patient so that they have the ability to exceed their functional goals
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved occupational therapist assistant program
• State Licensure
• Basic Life Support Certification via the American Heart Association

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $28.00–$35.00/hour (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
