Staff Systems Engineer, Maritime

The Staff Systems Engineer, Maritime role involves developing a technical strategy and roadmap that leverages current and newly developed technologies to serve military customer mission areas.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise across multiple Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) subsystems
• Leverage strategic partnerships and teammates for building out new products
• Provide maritime industry expertise to refine and advance the Anduril Maritime business line
• Contribute technical inputs to proposals
• Manage the generation, maintenance, and validation of full system requirements
• Provide oversight to a multi-disciplinary team of engineers
• Perform mission and system level trade studies and analysis

Requirements:

• Experience architecting, developing, and delivering defense/IC maritime hardware and software systems
• Demonstrated ability to decompose complex systems into executable requirements
• Experience with standards for qualification testing and acceptance testing
• Experience with US government maritime mission areas
• Design and development of detailed mission solutions
• Strong technical communication skills
• Technical experience leading US Government contracts
• TS/SCI Eligible

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Eligibility for TS/SCI
• Weapons Safety Evaluation Review Board process experience

The role offers a salary range of $191,000-$253,000 USD, highly competitive equity grants, and top-tier benefits.
