You will lead teams on residential roofing jobs while helping drive safety, efficiency, and quality on every site.
In this supervisor role, you will oversee roofing crews, coordinate daily jobsite activities, and monitor projects from start to completion.
You will oversee field production, manage workflow priorities, and lead communication between homeowners and internal production staff.
Strong customer service abilities are critical, as you will regularly interact with customers and ensure expectations are met throughout the roofing process.

Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation base equivalent of $36k for first 2-4 weeks, upon training 100% commission with annual earnings potential range of $60k to over $100k
