Executive On Premise (Musketeer)

We are seeking an experienced Executive On Premise (Musketeer) to join our team in Rosario, Argentina.

As a Musketeer, you will be the face of the Red Bull brand in the On Premise channel, driving sales and strengthening our brand image in bars, restaurants, events, and clubs.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players, and strategic partners
• Build affinity with and understanding of the Red Bull brand and its products within your network
• Be a credible, trustworthy, and knowledgeable face of Red Bull in the On Premise channel
• Deliver excellence with the premium Red Bull brand across all activities and executions
• Know your territory like the back of your hand and develop innovative initiatives to achieve your objectives
• Stay ahead of industry knowledge, trends, and new opportunities across accounts, occasions, and consumers
• Manage internal and external resources to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business success
• Deliver premium execution and create added value to strengthen the Red Bull brand image and increase consumption at events

Requirements:

• Preferably experience in Sales and Marketing
• Previous experience in nightlife or similar environments
• Basic knowledge of the On Premise market and industry (preferred)
• Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Commercially strategic and innovative, with an understanding of sales and financial processes
• Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Analytical skills, including sales and consumer analysis
• Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Basic knowledge of iOS and MS Office

Travel: 60-70%
