We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our Technology & Innovation team at Williams F1. As a Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and testing software systems that power our Formula One cars.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software systems for Formula One cars
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality software delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in C++, Python, and/or Java
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
