Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to join our team in Bristol. You will play a crucial role in delivering high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients, visitors, and colleagues on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard in line with BICSc standards
• Follow ABM health and safety procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean, smart appearance and wear company uniform at all times
• Work proactively to support colleagues and contribute to a strong team environment
• Carry out duties as directed by the Team Leader
• Take on ad hoc duties as required by operational needs
• Interact professionally with members of the public while on site
• Recognise situations where support may be needed, including assisting in public-facing incidents or site evacuations where appropriate
• Look for opportunities to improve working practices and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
• Help ensure ABM's reputation for professionalism and quality is maintained at all times
