People Business Partner

We are seeking a People Business Partner to join our Human Resources team at Millennium in New York.

As a People Business Partner, you will partner with Technology leaders, managers, and employees to implement people initiatives that strengthen engagement, team effectiveness, performance, productivity, and retention.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coaching and advising leaders on people matters, helping them identify priorities, build organisational capability, and improve individual and team performance
• Developing a strong understanding of the Technology organisation, including its business priorities, operating environment, workforce needs, and talent objectives
• Using employee and workforce data to identify trends, diagnose people-related challenges, and translate insights into practical recommendations
• Applying AI-enabled tools and creative problem-solving to improve decision-making, enhance HR processes, and increase the impact of people initiatives
• Leading and supporting core HR programs and processes, including performance management, talent and leadership development, and continuous feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, with a strong academic record
• 4–7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally supporting Technology professionals
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Genuine curiosity and a strong desire to understand the business, its people, and its priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and recommendations
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution
• Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity

We offer a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000.
