Description
As a Delivery Manager at NEXT's Exeter Exebridge location, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding stock processing, stockroom organisation, and achieve performance targets. The role involves managing a team, demonstrating a hands-on approach to operational activities, creating an atmosphere that motivates and inspires your team, ensuring smooth stockroom processes, and striving to make stock available to customers as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate is passionate about customers, people, and products, with experience in leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing team. You should be a team player who works well in a results-driven, fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills and the ability to problem-solve and make sound business decisions.
The role is part-time, with shifts including Mon 15:00 - 19:00, Tue 09:30 - 13:00, Wed 06:30 - 12:30, and Thu 07:30 - 13:00. The salary is from £12,609.
