Description
We are seeking a Systems/Software Engineer - Graduate to join our team. As a Hybrid role, you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
As a Systems/Software Engineer, you will design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for software enhancements and new products. You will work on operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools.
Responsibilities:
- Code and program enhancements, updates, and changes for portions and subsystems of systems software
- Execute established test plans and protocols for assigned portions of code
- Identify, log, and debug assigned issues
- Develop understanding of and relationship with internal and outsourced development partners on software systems design and development
- Participate as a member of a project team to develop reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Typically, 0-2 years of experience
- Experience or understanding of software systems design tools and languages
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of design for software systems running on multiple platform types
- Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language
- Understanding of basic testing, coding, and debugging procedures
