HVAC Installer

ECS Comfort, a Sila Services Company, is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join their team in Palmyra, PA. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing superior HVAC installations for residential customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in safely and efficiently installing HVAC systems while upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship and customer service. They will work in a crew of two, alongside an Install Apprentice, and be responsible for:

• Maintaining customer satisfaction rate through post-service surveys and feedback
• Ensuring high-quality installations, as evaluated through post-installation inspections and customer feedback
• Completing HVAC installations within established timeframes, meeting or exceeding the company's productivity standards
• Achieving a first-time installation success rate, ensuring minimal revisits or callbacks due to installation-related issues
• Continuously updating and enhancing technical skills, staying informed about the latest installation techniques, manufacturer guidelines, and industry best practices
• Maintaining a perfect safety record, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines
• Providing effective mentorship and guidance to the Install Apprentice
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills when interacting with customers during installations
• Maintaining accurate and complete documentation of installation details, equipment used, and any modifications in the company's systems
• Working collaboratively with the Install Apprentice and other team members
• Actively participating in performance reviews and self-assessments, identifying areas for personal improvement and setting development goals
