FBS Agile Product Manager III- Guidewire

We are seeking an experienced FBS Agile Product Manager III- Guidewire to maximize the delivery of value to customers in the shortest sustainable lead time. As a Product Manager, you will identify business and customer needs, prioritize program level work, and guide this work through the Program Kanban.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining the program vision and roadmap
• Defining, prioritizing, and validating requirements
• Leading and collaborating cross-functionally with various stakeholders
• Providing strategic oversight and leadership to direct reports
• Managing the flow of complex work through the program Kanban
• Embracing continuous exploration through frequent customer interaction, user interviews, and surveys
• Serving as the internal voice of the customer for the ART
• Building an effective Product Management/Product Owner team

Requirements:

• 9+ years of experience
• Guidewire, Cloud, Rally, Microsoft Office Suite, Copilot skills
• Strong understanding of business strategy and Agile methodologies
